Representation of interests in the executive committee during the procedure for obtaining a land plot

Analysis of the data contained in the land cadastre, assessment of the actual state of the land plot, proposal of measures that must be taken on the side of the executive committee or the previous land user before the land is provided to eliminate various risks (for example, the risk of being held liable for land damage that actually took place before transfer of the site, but was not recorded), representation of interests during the passage of such procedures

Advising on documentation, which is required in the course of carrying out farming activities, including documentation to reduce the risks of possible liability for non-use of the site or its inappropriate use

Advising on the establishment of a company, including advising on the specifics of taxation, the possible application of benefits for agricultural organizations, preparation of documents for the creation of a company and registration of relations between the founders, representation of interests during state registration

We can be useful in the state registration of rights to the land plot and in the future in supporting the economic activities of the organization, i.e. in connection with the issues of concluding and executing contracts, supporting customs and other procedures for the import of assets, animals, issuing permits for the use of plant varieties, if such are not currently registered in Belarus, and any other issues involving the implementation of administrative procedures or requiring knowledge of law.

I was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 1987 and moved to Belgium in 1999. I graduated from the University of Antwerp in Economics. Very fast in my career I understood the power of connection and I developed a passion for exposing amazing products to new territories. I often took a role and developed products which were ahead of their time and I loved it. I love helping businesses to find new markets for their products. In 2015 I moved to London and deep dived into the real estate market. Step by step I started to feel affinity with the land too. After spending some time during the pandemic in Belarus, I realised the need to combine Western farmers' know-how with the local farmlands.

My motivation is bringing East and West closer to each other for the best outcome for both worlds. In the end, we are all people.
